This piece comes from Almudena Mora invitation to participate in the exhibition “Body-Power” in the passage of Fuencarral in Madrid.

The process begins in the summer of 2014 by creating a sugar figure in the field, it took two months in disappear. The second also in countryside was during winter and it took three weeks in disappear. This process is seen in the exhibition by a video which is projected from the inside of the Center to Fuencarral street. Inside of the passage it was install the third figure who for two months it was transforming, through the intervention of the passerby.

For the exhibition, I wrote the following text:

From asphalt to land and back again to the asphalt,
from the artifice to nature and again back to artifice,
from producing to harvest and again to produce,
from fast to slow to fast,
from the finite to the infinite…

Fragile nature body feels force inside human society.
The ephemeral body is immortalized in human society.
Human society flees the body.
Human society fears the body reality.
A body in the passage… a body is a passage.
A projected body that it is projected.

The power of the body is its ability to be transform.
