Del 20 al 27 de Septiembre en Ibiza
Contenta de formar parte de esta I Ed del Festival Territori. Invitada por la comisaria Isa Sanz a realizar dos propuestas, una será un site-specific que será presentado el sábado 27 a las 11,30h. Y la otra pieza, bajo título «Sobre la distancia» será el martes 22 a las 11,30h.
«Sobre la distancia» es una nueva performance dentro de la serie “Conversaciones” que llevo desarrollando desde el año 2015.
Cada una versa sobre un temática diferente dependiendo de los acontecimientos y preocupaciones que esté viviendo en ese momento.
Pensar hoy en la distancia.
Cuando pienso en distancia, palabras como lejanía, trayecto, recorrido, desplazamiento, viaje, tiempo, vienen a mi cabeza.
En lo lejano, pienso lo extraño, lo desconocido.
En el trayecto, encuentro el acontecimiento, el descubrimiento.
En el desplazamiento posiblemente algo nuevo surge.
En el viaje, todo es nuevo, la pasión aparece… el aprendizaje.
En el tiempo, todo es, está, narración continua, hilo discursivo que dibuja todo lo anterior.
En la distancia, hay un abismo que no me permite alcanzar el otro lado, al otro, a mi misma…
Quiero ser expansiva, tener nuevas y visionarias ideas; pensamientos rápidos, polifacéticos, ser exploradora…quiero conversar contigo.
¿qué significa crear distancia? ¿cómo podemos vivir distanciados? ¿qué te viene a la cabeza cuando piensas en distancia?

I am glad to be part of this I Ed of the Territori Festival. Invited by the curator Isa Sanz to make two proposals, one will be a site-specific that will be presented on Saturday 27 at 11:30 am. And the other piece, entitled «About distance», will be on Tuesday 22 at 11:30 am.
«About distance» is a new performance in the series «Conversations» that I have been developing since 2015. Each one addresses a different topic based on the events and concerns I am experiencing at the time.
Think about the distance today.
When I think of distance, words like remoteness, journey, route, displacement, time, come to mind.
In the distant, I think the strange, the unknown.
Along the way, I find the event, the discovery.
In the displacement possibly something new emerges.
On the journey, everything is new, passion appears … learning.
In time, everything is, this, a continuous narrative, a discursive thread that draws all of the above.
In the distance, there is an abyss that does not allow me to reach the other side, the other, myself …
I want to be expansive, have new and visionary ideas; fast, multifaceted thoughts, being an explorer … I want to talk to you.
What does it mean to create distance? How can we live apart? What comes to mind when you think about distance?
